Cancellation Policies

Well Adjusted Athens understands everyone has a busy schedule, and we strive to accommodate everyone. Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, and we appreciate proper notification if you need to cancel or reschedule. You can call, text, or email to cancel. Cancellation requests sent via social media will not be honored.

Chiropractic

These appointments include New Patient Appointments for Chiropractic, all Adjustments, and Soft Tissue appointments such as Cupping.

A 24 hour notice is required for all cancellations and reschedules. If adequate notice is not given, Well Adjusted Athens reserves the right to assess a cancellation fee. If you do not show up to your appointment within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, a No Call, No Show fee equal to the cost of your appointment WILL be assessed, and your appointment will be rescheduled.  (Chiropractic appointments $60)

Payment is due at the time of service.

Well Adjusted Athens requires an active credit saved to your account for services to be rendered. If payment is not able to be obtained, Well Adjusted Athens reserves the right to forward any past due balances to third party collections services. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Please ask any questions regarding pricing PRIOR to your appointment.
